In an upscale region of São Paulo, the project unfolds with the premise of unifying three plots segmented by dead-end streets.

The proposal creates an elevated square, which not only unifies the lots but also provides a connection through the terrain to Av. Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek in the background.

The covered esplanade at ground level offers commerce, enhancing pedestrian urbanity. On the elevated square, institutional uses are positioned to facilitate movement between the buildings on this level as well. A public grandstand connects these uses, positioned at the main facade, inviting pedestrian use.

Perched atop this platform, a 33-story tower with apartments and balconies provides views of the entire region. This combination of open spaces, commerce, and housing creates a dynamic and integrated environment, contributing to the quality of life for the development’s users.
