Located in the Morumbi neighborhood, an upscale area of São Paulo, this mixed-use development features a ground floor with commercial purposes and communal areas.
Within the building, there are 8 staggered floors with apartments arranged according to the building’s growth rhythm. The social areas always face the front and are connected to private open terraces.
Movement
The proposal is based on activating the facade alignment, aiming to create dialogue, movement, and permeability along the street, connecting it with the city. This allows for interaction between city dwellers and the building’s occupants.
Local regulations regarding balconies influenced the inclusion of open areas connected to each apartment, which is reflected in the building’s volume.
The stepped front facade and lateral movement contribute to the distinctive elements of the building’s form, creating spaces for contemplation and connecting the development and its residents to the city.
