On a spacious plot in a dense area of the city of Porto Alegre, the proposal for the development is a counterpoint to the traditional base-tower pattern, which is very common in the region.

The project is located between a high-traffic avenue and a square. It consists of a commercial base that creates a direct connection between the road and the public area at the back of the lot. The ease of access invites circulation within the property, where one can enjoy a square away from vehicular traffic and with open areas for contemplation.

Above this base, the perimeter serves as a reference for a perforated and stepped trapezium that opens to the north. Apartments fill three well-lit sides, while the front face, facing the avenue, is composed of commercial spaces. The terraces, created by the variation between the floors, serve as extensions of the social areas, providing green spaces uncovered regardless of the housing level.
