Nestled within a bucolic neighborhood, Monjardin is conceived with the purpose of seamlessly integrating into the scale and identity of the surrounding region. Achieving this involves a series of deliberate design choices.
To enhance its connection with the street, Monjardin features 76 residence service apartments managed by a specialized company. These apartments are arranged in two bars, strategically positioned to create a front-back configuration, resulting in staggered floors. This layout not only maximizes the sales area but also fosters a harmonious relationship between the internal and external spaces of each unit, reinforcing the concept of suspended homes with city views.
Thoughtfully designed, the apartments cater to individual needs, relegating transient shared activities to the communal areas. Each floor serves a specific purpose, whether it's a fitness center or a well-equipped gourmet space for entertaining friends.

As the private terraces seamlessly blend with the pedestrian scale, the rooftop is dedicated to communal gathering areas with panoramic views of the surroundings. Here, a lap pool above tree canopies takes advantage of abundant natural light.
Monjardin brings urban vitality into its lot, vertically extending it through its open floors to the condominium rooftop. The natural circulation of residents breaks monotony, and like the neighborhood itself, greenery is ever-present whenever possible.
