The development was developed under the premise of use by an executive public, which seeks a practical solution for short-term stays.
Potencial
Located in one of the noblest regions of Porto Alegre, the building is the result of the search for the volumetry that most enhances the area built on the lot for the program in question.
With an integrated design solution, compatibility between disciplines takes place from the initial design of the project, seeking complete integration between architecture and engineering, taking advantage of the most appropriate design solutions.pt to align existing buildings.
The top floor has a roof with terraces open to views of Lake Guaíba, one of the city's postcards.
The Hotel is a venture with Architecture and Engineering developed by OSPA for Melnick Even with the Hotel Operation of Radisson RED Hotels.
