Located on the edge of Biscayne Bay, Coconut Grove is one of the oldest and most elegant neighborhoods in Miami.
The neighborhood is recognized for its bohemian atmosphere, picturesque marinas and lush green areas.
The proposed design, based on the allowed envelope for the land, aims to free up the ground floor, creating a square and promoting integration between the building and the city.
Through modulation, we propose a grid that allows the creation of balconies and flower boxes for the apartments.
Finally, we took advantage of the use of the rooftop for condominium purposes.
