The house, designed in a lot of 1,067.26sqm in Terraville, is divided between a social area on the first floor and an intimate area on the second floor. The project makes the composition of different ambiences possible, making the residence more versatile and adaptable to the dweller. On the first floor, the glazed levels furnish openings to nature. With the same goal, upstairs, the house opens views to the lake at the back part of the lot, making the most of the upper level. Lastly, the internal patio sheds sunlight and ventilation to the interior of the residence and creates an area of mobility in its interior.
