CONCEPT
Located in the Petrópolis neighborhood, the building is the second project of the True View brand, curated by Wikihaus. The ground floor is under piloti and has an inviting bleacher right next to the garden, being one of the connecting elements between the building and the neighborhood. Through it’s staggered form, the design explores the relationship between the building and its surroundings: with fewer floors at the front, the reading from the street is more adequate to the human scale and consistent with the location. The terraces generated by this operation enhance the private area, giving the units open spaces that act as intermediaries between urbanity and intimate life.
