Located near a busy vehicular area, the project aims to accommodate both a vehicle dealership and a residential tower on the same plot of land.
The construction occurs in phases: initially, the commercial building is erected, with its storefront elevated to provide views for both pedestrians and those driving on the viaduct in front.
Subsequently, the residential tower is built, positioned at the farthest point from the road and, consequently, more private.
