Through density, it is possible to concentrate uses, people, and services in an area and create a city that benefits its citizens. This project seeks to apply this premise to urbanize an area along the Jacuí River while also taking advantage of native vegetation and limiting irregular use of permanent preservation areas, minimizing negative impacts as much as possible. Proper environmental management can generate well-being and ecological awareness for users. We propose an open and integrated neighborhood accessible to the public, featuring green spaces, walkways, and a marina, allowing for greater interaction with sports, leisure, entertainment, and culture amidst the surrounding nature.
