This happens because the shopping center is designed seeking integration between the 12 stores and the street, enabling the connection between indoors and outdoors..
The gallery is 1.5m above street level, not visually conflicting with the parking lots.
Elevation also provides more interesting visuals and protection for stores and users passing through the gallery.
