In front of a lake and next to an extensive permanent preservation area on the property, the building is designed with the aim of maximizing water views.
With a commercial base and a residential section, the architecture features a gentle staggered design, providing private terraces for some of the housing units.
The commercial areas are strategically arranged to take advantage of the vast green space within the property: the ground floor becomes a spacious public square.
Additionally, the building is designed so that all units have views of the lake. On the rooftop, a communal area with a pool allows all residents to enjoy unobstructed views of the region.
