CONCEPT
House,
located in
Xangri-lá, Brazil
The House is located on a corner lot, with three interfaces for common areas, two for walking and the third, at the back of the land, facing the lake.
The project is clearly divided into two distinct volumes: social and service areas, without ground floor, and intimate areas without upper floor. The ground floor has its main portion facing the lake, in its most permeable face, while other areas protect the privacy of the spaces. At the same time, as linearly connected service areas, connecting a garage to the lake garden, with no traffic through the social areas.
Since the suites have flexibility for flexibility, they can be grouped together into a generously proportioned, second-floor suite with a 180-degree terrace with direct access to the intimate patio and pool area via an external staircase.
